Property Management Policy
At JRF, we outsource the management of our individual properties not to asset management companies property management (PM) companies we have selected. Accordingly, we created the "Property Management Policy for JRF's Properties" as the "JRF Standard" in 2008 in order to maintain a property management style that varies with PM companies at a certain level.

We at JRF work to provide safe and comfortable facilities to customers by carrying out check-list-based management. As facility management and operations, we do this for example with respect to statutory inspections required for each property.
The JRF Standard is updated based on its annual review. This review is based upon such as our response to changing laws and regulations. We manage and supervise daily facility management in accordance with the "Property Management Policy for JRF’s Properties" holding as our highest priority, the safety and security of our customers.
