While our income-type properties typically have lease contracts with fixed rents and are often masterleased to a single anchor tenant, our growth-type properties may include lease contracts with one or more tenants where rent is a combination of a minimum fixed rent and a percentage of the tenant's sales revenue. Because sales performance at our growth-type properties may be related to the rent received from those properties, which is generally not the case at our income-type properties, the graphs below show recent monthly sales trends at growth-type properties only.
