AEON MALL Kobe Kita is located in the north of Kobe-shi and is conveniently located near three highways. The property has a total floor space of about 60,000 m2 and a parking lot with a capacity for approximately 4,000 cars. AEON MALL Kobe Kita was opened in November 2006, and its tenants include AEON and more than 150 specialty stores.
On the west side of the mall, there is “Kobe Sanda Premium Outlets," which was opened in July 2007, and a pedestrian bridge was constructed to connect the two buildings, creating a synergy effect of attracting a larger number of customers and improving the competitiveness of both properties.
