G-Bldg. Jiyugaoka 01 is comprised of Bldg. A and Bldg. B. It is just minutes by foot from Jiyugaoka Station, which is only ten minutes from Shibuya Station in Central Tokyo on the Tokyu Toyoko Line. Jiyugaoka and adjacent neighborhoods in Meguro Ward have become an increasingly popular residential area with high-quality housing in the Tokyo metropolitan area. Moreover, there are a wide array of small specialty shops, high-end variety stores, fashion boutiques, beauty salons and restaurants concentrated along the streets.
Bldg. A was developed and completed in March 2005. Bldg. B was completed the Reconstruction project in November 2016 and redeveloped into a new retail facility, which has its primary structure through the 1st to the 3rd floor of the building made of fireproof timber in consideration of reducing environmental load, design, and advantages for leasing.

A street lined with small stores, well known for its fashion, it is often featured in magazines. The Marie Claire Festival, which is supported by the Embassy of France, is held here. During the festival, food stalls are set up and concerts held, and the area takes on a cosmopolitan character.

KOE, one of the tenants, is a new brand that is going to create a new concept. I have heard this place is going to be the starting point. I hope this is the start of a new brand that will mature with the shop.

Building B was designed by Klein Dytham architecture, and is a unique wooden three-story house type property. Many challenges were faced up till its completion, but I poured my heart and soul into creating this property so that it would provide a sense of value to tenants.
